Petition Rebalance the wage gap by changing the way pay rises are distributed

The wage gap in this country is ever widenening due to the way pay rises are made in this country, most, if not all companies give a percentage of a workers salary as a pay rise, this is next to nothing for the lowest paid and a vast sum to those highest paid workers, I propose to change that, bery simply, by adding together the entire companies wage bill, then taking a percentage of that entire bill and sharing that equally, resulting in every worker recieving the same pay rise.
