The Current System for Employment Law is open to abuse and doesn’t appear to be properly enforced.

So many employers hire and fire people with no intention of keeping them on. They don’t give people proper breaks, work them long hours, don’t pay them the commission that's due to them. Then they fire them just before their probation period is finished so that they have no real legal right to complain.

Some employers are not even producing proper contracts or payslips.

When is the Government going to clamp down on these rogue Employers.
