Rejected petition Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for All serving Military Personnel

we want all military serving personnel to receive Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal, if they have signed up for Queen and Country they deserve the medal and not just after 5 years service.....they don't have to wait 5 years before they lay their life down in combat zones so shouldn't be excluded from this medal.
