Rejected petition NHS To improve Mental Health Services

Far too many people have been let down by the NHS mental health services, me included which results in talented, bright people losing their lives due to lack of support. NHS is funding needs to be re-considered as the NHS is funding private cosmetic surgery (removal of PIP implants when the people have enough money to get the surgery) where as mentally ill people cannot afford to get private treatment.
