Rejected petition Animal custody of chain (we do it with a car why not animals!)

Simple, recently there was an article about a Staffordshire bull terrier, 'Tyson,' the owner was given a 6 month sentence, however, we rarely hear the person who sold the animal to the person comitting the act being brought to justice! Everyone of us as a human being has a choice and have been given the freedom to own an animal, now lets look after there welfare!
