Rejected petition A9 Road Upgrade

The A9 today has claimed another 2 lies (at least) after 2 others were killed last week. This road needs t be upgraded now and save lives. Its too late for some but save them tomorrow. Dual carriageway the whole A9 from Perth to Inverness !!!!
