We the undersigned request that equality legislation in the UK be amended to include specific vocabulary and outcomes based provisions (under equality of belief and manifestation of belief) for those who do not wish to consume animal products or by-products (vegetarians and vegans). We believe that explicit vocabulary and outcomes based provisions for those who lead an animal free compassionate lifestyle will promote our right to equal and fair treatment as a legally protected minority group.
