Rejected petition Get the Mc Donald's roundabout Pontypool changed for Luke

Tragically on the 19th May 2012 Luke Grace was killed whilst travelling on his motor bike on this roundabout.
I have set up this petition to force the hand of the council to make some radical changes.
We want traffic lights enforced during peak times, markings on the road as to what lanes users are to use and for the roundabout to be flattened so as motor cyclists and drivers are able to see over to the other side.
