Petition Financial assistance for young musicians

The Government should provide a more wide spread financial aid to young musicians with outstanding achievements who wish to study in English Independent Schools and Universities in the UK.

I acknowledge the actions already taken by the government but more specific program which will include less and more financially gifted children.

A program which should be introduced should:

Award scholarships based more on the ability rather than financial circumstance,
Pay partly for lessons with a teacher chosen by the student not the Music Center,
Pay up to 100% of the fees for school/university,
Provide an aid towards the instrument maintenance,
Provide an aid towards the transport costs,
Introduce a more individual education system and approach with in a school for a talented child,
Monitor the progress of each child

The program would include up to 300 children in the UK.
