We the undersigned request that as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, Her Majesty's Government exerts all of its influnence within the UN to assemble an International Force to enter the sovereign state of Syria and then provide a buffer between the waring factions with the remit of using deadly force to incapacitate the forces on both sides if necessary. It is imperative that the UN prevent another Kosovo before it happens.
