Rejected petition IT scams from India

I would like to see the government stop cold calling from countries outside of the UK. We have a register, ineffectual at best, for companies within the UK to prevent this, but this does not work outside of the UK. I would like that there was more action taken to influence, in particular the Indian Government, and other countries to provide some sort of protection from the nefarious and damaging effects that this causes.
