Petition Special Constables recruited as Police Officers- make the process easier

Special Constables, who are fully trained, warranted, voluntary Constables are recruited as Police Officers through the external route (even if applying to their own force).
I would like to see a change in this, and see police forces honour a Special Constables' hard work and dedication to their force with better recruitment opportunities especially in their own force.
Therefore instead of the external process of accessment centre, fitness test, interview, medical and vetting they will be a canditate to be recruited after 2 years of solo patrol (or similar) with a reference from an Insp or above and one successful interview.
Saving time and money for both Constable and police force.
