Petition LEZ refund of filter cleaning

After being forced to have Lorrys and Coaches to comply with the London LEZ. These vehicles now give out virtually no bad emissions. Therefore they are taking in the so called dirty air and purifying it.
I propose that the cost of cleaning the filters is met by the government body that has insisted that we have the filters fitted. After all it is their dirt we are collecting.
