The issue of the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal is extended to include the In Pensioners and Uniformed Staff of The Royal Hospital Chelsea, "The Home of the Chelsea Pensioner", in recognition of their years of dedicated service to Crown & Country, in line with the best traditions of HM Army.
