If you don't train an animal in a domestic situation, it will rule you and become feral, children are no different, if they are allowed to do what they please with no fear of being chastised they will also rule you and become feral.
Give teachers, parents and the police back the powers they used to have, for example, being able to chastise an unruly child without the fear of recrimination.
Abolish the nanny state.
