Abolish the Royal Marriage Act 1772 to allow Royal Family members to marry who they like, thus removing the decision from the head of state & parliament.

Since Article 12 Right To Marry and found a family under the Human Rights Act, states Any person has the right to marry and found [start] a family without interference and the Royal Marriages Act 1772 is risking Article 14 being bought into play.

Thus make the Royal Family Modern and abolish the Royal Marriages Act 1772
