Robert Francis QC is presenting Mid Staffs Public Inquiry Report to Dept of Health on 15th October 2012. Publication will follow when Secretary of State for Health Andrew Lansley decides.
A publication clash with Lord Leveson QC Phone Hacking Report must be avoided. In memory of the people who died at Mid Staffs hospital. I feel Government must repect grieving families by releasing the Mid Staffs Report promptly and avoiding a publication clash with Lord Leveson's Report
