Rejected petition Stop Authorities Being Used As Harrassment Weapons

Stop the anonymity rule to stop Mallicious Reports, to Benefits, Councils, Social Services Police etc, (unless good cause for anonimity), To prevent Mallicious Reportee's, using Authorities as Harrassment & Bullying Tools & preventing the identity of the Mallicious Complainant, being known,using the authorities Own Regulations as Protection from Prosecution !, (Hence a Weapon),when complaints are used Malliciously,the Perpetrator, should be open to Prosecution, (Harrassment,etc in some cases Racism, Disabilty, Sex or Age Discrimination. also conspiracey , if they involve others,in their unlawfull actions, Results amount to the worst of Assaults causing Harm /Distress, in extreme cercumstances Mental and Physical Illness,sometimes Suiside,(good reason to report someone,good reason to put your name). saving, Time and Money, bringing real criminals to justice on both sides, ie GENUINE & UNDERLYING CRIMINALS(Mallicious Reporters)
