Protect your right to True Authentic Halal- Sign the Petition!
We the undersigned hereby call upon Her Majesty’s Government of the United Kingdom, and the Minister for the Department Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, to PROTECT the Muslim right to religious slaughter (without stunning) which we believe to be most humane; to guarantee Un-stunned Halal Meat and Poultry in this country, "In relation to the application of EU regulation 1099/2009 in the UK we the British Muslims wish the demonstrable best possible use of Article 249 EC" during the legislation process. Article 249 EC states that Directive is binding as to the result to be achieved, upon each Member State, leaving to the national authorities the choice of form and methods.
