The decisions of ministers are more often than not totally irrelevent to the field.

It is time that the Minister for Education has Teaching, or child and education studies background.

The Minister for Health, should be a Dr or a Nurse/Healthcare professional.

The Treasurer should have a Finance background...

You would not employ someone with no experience in a field straight into a CEO level job, so why do we tolerate this in government?
