Do you think it is fair that, when you get married, you have to pay for a new full 10yr passport to have your name changed. This is reasonable if you only have a year or less, but not so if you have more time. This needs to be addressed so please sign this petition. I would like this changed to a small admin fee only (about £15) and the time left on should remain.
