Cyber bullying information is aimed at children. Many cyber bully's are adults and there victims are also adults. They have not have the right education when they where younger to understand that their opinions can offend,harm and even cause mental illness.

Need more education for adults
Stronger control on social networking sites for punishment of cyber bullying
Then hopefully stronger laws ending in convictions
Awareness on anorexia depression etc in result of cyber bullying. For adults to know just because they are older does not mean it is acceptable.
