As a result of the failure of RBS/NW/UB Banking systems recently, I would like to call for a full investigation into the way they run there IT Infrastructure, and request a full audit of the Business Practices, IT Standards, Policies and Procedures, to ensure that they are in compliance with the regulatory requirements and to provide confidenece to the share-holders that the systems are not vulnerable to fraudulent misuse via embeded back-doors in application systems. I would also like guarantees that personal protected data has not been off-shored for testing purposes.
