WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THE `HOME OFFICE` TO CONTROL THE POLICE AND MAKE `ALL` OFFENCES IF BROKEN DEALT WITH THE SAME, AT THIS TIME AND PER `FLY ON THE WALL` PROGRAMS SOME LET PEOPLE OFF AND OTHERS DO NOT, THIS IS CALLED BEING BIAS AND UNFAIR, IF PEOPLE BREAK THE LAW THEN `ALL` MUST BE BOOKED, THIS SHOULD APPLY TO BEING ON THE PHONE, DRINKING, SPEEDING, HAVE SEEN MANY LET OFF ONLY TO DO IT AGAIN.
