Petition Psychiatric care for soldiers

More and more soldiers are managing to slip through the net with psychiatric disorders such as PTSD, leading to problems such as alcoholism, I propose that soldiers are given psychiatric tests when returning from conflict areas, then a six month follow up evaluation, and if avoided they must be tracked down. These men risked our lives to protect us, this is the least we can do.
