Petition Leave E.U and use the money to pay off PFI schemes which are killing off our hospitals

We throw away £50m per DAY to the E.U which we didn't vote for, and have not had a referendum on; our hospitals are sinking under the PFI debt, and patients are suffering greatly.
I propose that we have a referendum on leaving the E.U and if the majority is in agreement, we use that money to pay off the PFI debts, thus freeing up hospitals to develop, otherwise they will collapse
