Closed Random Breatherliser Tests in the House of Commons/Lords

Random breath tests for alcohol should be carried outduring divisions. Members found to be over the legal limit as regards to current drink driving laws should be disqualified from voting for three divisions that they are present in the House. Members who fail three times should be refered for councelling and their names made public.
Extra random tests to be made around the Palace of Westminster. Any member found over the limit to be ejected until they pass.
