WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT A SAFE FOOTPATH SYSTEM THROUGHOUT THE UK, THIS IS WHY SECT 145 OF THE HIGHWAY CODE `MUST` BE ENFORCED OR SCRAPPED, THIS SECTION STATES: YOU ` MUST NOT` DRIVE ON OR OVER A PAVEMENT, FOOTPATH OR BRIDLEWAY EXCEPT TO GAIN LAWFUL ACCESS TO PROPERTY, OR IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.

[ LAWS HA1835 SECT 72 & RTA 1988 SECT 34 ]

BY ENFORCING THE ABOVE THE DISABLED, YOUNG/AGED AND PEOPLE WITH PUSHCHAIRS WOULD NOT HAVE TO STRUGGLE GETTING AROUND THEM, THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS HAVING TO GO OUT INTO THE ROAD.
