Rejected petition stop giving aid to countries

Why must Great Britian suffer cuts to our essential services and still give billions in aid to other countries. Countries like India and Pakistan still receive aid from us even though they have enough money to support their corrupt goverments,space program , improve their nuclear capabilities. I would like this to stop and i would like "my" goverment to concentrate on the people who elected them Please sign my petition thank you
