Its Now the 30th.June2012. The date when the Treasury(Mark Hoban) declared all Equitable Policy Holders would have received a communication. This is the third time you have given a time/date but failed to meet these deadlines.Moreover older policyholders?annuitants would be given priority. I am 82 and your mess as cost me a decent retirement,let alone thousands of pounds in lost income.If I do not hear from the Treasury by 7/7/12 I will have no alternative but to instigate legal proceedings.Stan Nin, e-mail sdi_edi@yahoo.co.uk
