Some car park operators have underhand methods of charging people for parking in their car parks. Some of these car park operators request DVLA to disclose the name and address of the registered keeper of vehicles.
Many mistakes and errors are made by this system.

Please prohibit DVLA disclosing name and address details to car park operators.
