The public has bailed out banks with billions of £ while many banks have flaunted trust and behaved in an immoral and arrogant manner, causing real hardship to small businesses and individuals. Please let there be no more expensive legal enquires at tax payers' expense; just fine the wrongdoers heavily and use these to pay of the national debt rather than penalise the ordinary voters and tax payers even more.
