Closed Make a refund of road fund licence fee to London based vehicles owners who are banned from access to roads during the Olympics.

The Road Fund Licence Fee is levied against car owners/drivers without qualification. If access to roads is to be restricted to the advantage of people who are NOT paying any Road Fund Licence Fee then those who have paid it MUST BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR THE NUMBER OF DAYS THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE THEIR VEHICLES, WITHOUT RESTRICTION ON ROADS OF LONDON.
