Driving licence categories missing from licences returned from DVLA. No pre computerised records available (pre 1973?) so no return to previous status and now cannot use my M/cycle. Impossible to get this arbitery decision overturned (nearly 2 years) other than pay almost £800.00 for new test procedure. This draconian department must be made to look into these thousands of reported mistakes, and held responsible for an infringement of civil liberties
