Petition Quantitive Easing funds to new business and starving kids.

Most of us suspect that 'QE' does nothing for the economy, but rather fills already existent holes in bank's finance.
WE THE PEOPLE demand that Quantitive Easing be directed to where it will help more of the people and less of the Bankers.
Namely, for business startups of £2-20,000 via an approved business plan and the setting up of food kitchens to feed the 1 million children who are undernourished.
This way we address;
1. Growth of GDP
2. National Health of children
3. The bankers 'Welfare System'
4. Youth/Adult unemployment

If banks start to fail, then we should allow bankruptcy and Nationalise them and run them as tight ships under new regulation where all dealings in derivatives should be banned and Mortgages offered at ultra low fixed rates, which will also stimulate the Housing Market.
