Closed to get specialist nhs clinic in bolton

i run a support group in bolton and speak to many sufferers and carers/parents struggling to get any help with their deadly illness. people are dying because of anorexia and statistics show this is getting worse. there is no specialist nhs treatment clinics in bolton and is very much needed. i want the government to give bolton the go ahead and help with the funding. i will do whatever i can to enable this to happen but do not know where to start.
