Rejected petition new skatepark in andover

in andover for the past 5 years we have been trying to get a new skatepark and the local council hasnt produced anything good enough. we need a decent sized and designed park built somewhere near town centre or even in an old warehouse in one of the industrial parks. there are so many skateboarders, bmx's and scooter kids in andover and there is nothing to do in our desired sport.
