For the government to impose legislation that all owners of racing greyhounds be responsible for the rehoming of their greyhounds, at the end of their racing career, either by carrying out a rehoming process themselves or handing their greyhound(s) over to a rehoming organisation and contributing to the financial upkeep of that greyhound.
