A government department that runs on complete chaos, that is aggressive and unrelenting in taking action even when proof of innocence is made evident to them. That continually loses data that they should actively protect and denies the receipt of vast amounts of incoming mail. THAT MAKES SUBSTANCIAL FINANCIAL GAIN BY SENDING OUT PRE COURT SETTLEMENTS BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED POSTED DOCUMENTS FROM THE BRITISH PUBLIC. THEY ARE UNFIT FOR PURPOSE.
