Rejected petition Stop Homophobia in the NHS

I work in a NHS Operating Theatre and have found
Homophobia throughout the department from managers to staff and consultants
When i go to management all they say is don't rock the
boat even thou there are policies against it
This must stop now
I am currently being victimised as i write this and possibly going too be dismissed because of it after 20yrs plus in the service
