Enactment of an Act to prohibit parliament from having in their possession or custody politicians belonging to types bred for war-mongering, genocide, debt slavery, corruption and all manner of crimes and injustices against the public; to impose restrictions in respect of such politicians pending the coming into force of the prohibition; to enable restrictions to be imposed in relation to other types of public officials which present a serious danger to the public; to make further provision for securing that politicians are kept under proper control and serving the public interest; and for connected purposes.
