Rejected petition legalize cannabis for personal use

Cannabis is illegal and it should not be. Cannabis should come with health warnings purchased from a shop.
I have made this e-petition:
•To make cannabis legal for 18 year olds and over!
•For anyone over 18 to be able to grow up to 5 plants for personal use!
•For the goverment to invest money into medicinol cannabis!
•For cannabis cafes to be open all around the uk, private and goverment owned!!
•To produce new new jobs for anyone who need them!
