Bank of Scotland took over Nat West bank for a very undervalued figure due to the low share value. They then found £70 Million in reserves and paid back the loan they had been given( The Saudies I Believe ! ) and finished with the bank for free ! It is time that this bank is separated from Bank of Scotland and refloated as an independant bank.
