Petition maximum temperature on hospital wards

Enact a regulation so that there is a maximum temperature on hospital wards. At present there are only recommendation and guideline which in my experience are not being followed. My 92 year old father recovering from minor surgery was kept in temperatures exceeding 36 degrees Celsius on ward 11 in York hospital, alas he is now dead but this treatment did not help.
