Object to NHS trusts joining the pay cartel where staff may be threatened with dismissal unless they agree to take pay cuts. Hospital managers want to reduce all salaries by 5%, reduce annual leave allowance and end unsocial hours payments for working nights, weekends and bank holidays.

We need the Goverment to address this issue and give NHS staff their support. We want the Government to please help stop this cartel going ahead.
