Advertised jobs with agencies 80 % are not live jobs, 15% are falsly advertised 5% are real (Figures are not acurate)

how can a job that lasts no more than 12.8 weeks be advertised as permanent, no jobs from an agency will last the full 13 weeks as the company that the worker is sent to has to employ them.
