Closed petition All British military personnel including members of the Commonwealth should be granted British Citizenship

HM Government should recognise the right of all Commonwealth military personnel who have served 4 years in the British Forces to become British Citizens with right to remain, unless they have substantive criminal convictions upheld in a non-military court & minor infringements whilst in military service should not impinge that right & be set aside. The deportation of members of the British Army who originate from Commonwealth territories, having loyally served in Afghanistan & elsewhere is a national disgrace & must be stopped immediately.
