Allow L/Cpl Isimeli Baleiwai to remain in the UK after having served 13 years in the British Army, including several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Having served his adopted country with unwavering loyalty, he is to be seperated from his wife and children after a minor incident after his return from Afghanistan. The Government need to overturn the decision of the Border Agency to expell L/Cpl Isimeli Baleiwai from the UK.
