A government funded series of new cycle paths in towns around the UK to celebrate one of the greatest sporting achievements by a Brit in recent memory, and to encourage the ideals of his foundation, specifically to promote participation in sport and encourage people to exercise on a regular basis.

Funds to be new money not recycled (groan) spending pledges. Paths to be agreed in conjunction with the Bradley Wiggins Foundation and other cycling organisations.
