Isimeli Baleiwai served 13 years in the British army with a glowing record, married a British woman and had children in Britain and has been threatened to be deported because of a miniscule blemish on his application form. He got his deportation letter the same week a terrorist preacher was allowed to stay in the UK because it breached his human rights to be deported.
